Today for maths we had to solve fractions, percentages and decimals. When it came to the part where I had to solve decimals was hard because you had to simplify it. I hope the next time where with Miss D I hope she teaches us how to simplify decimals.

DLO - Collaborative Problem Solving

Today for maths we had to create a DLO to solve subtraction problems. I found it easy because we have used this strategy for the month and I am quite use to it.

In this problem solving I found it quite easy because I know the rules of an algorithm and I understand how to use an algorithm. I hope Miss D can teach more interesting strategy's like this.

Prototec

In this maths test I got 87 percent on stage 7 and I found it quite difficult when it came to the part where I had to solve the fractions, percentages and decimals. I want to improve on knowing my fractions and percentages and to find the best strategy to solve them.

This term for reading we have been learning about author's purpose and what It means. I hope we get to learn something more exciting like this.

In this Problem Solving I found it quite difficult because I didn't know how to solve it because I've haven't solved a problem like that before but I did like and would want to solve more problems like that.

Sentence Completion

In this task we had to guess which word would fit perfectly in the blank spaces. I found this task quite difficult because I’ve never heard these before so I didn’t know which word would fit. I would want to improve on my vocabulary so that I know what the word means to find the perfect blank space for it.
